Symple's imperturbable engine, Kevin Vo is a designer with ten years' experience in interactive and print design. He spends much of his time researching and developing creative solutions across multiple disciplines including concept development, print design, digital web solutions, branding, environmental design and public art.
Kevin began his career in publishing before joining Deepend Sydney, where he worked on brands including The Museum of Contemporary Art, Nokia, Petaluma Wines, Accenture and Kellogg's. He moved on to work as a freelance consultant at Leo Burnett and leading interactive agency Soap Creative, working on projects for Subaru, Maggi, 20th Century Fox, Commonwealth Bank and Telstra. Most recently employed as the head designer for the Casula Powerhouse Museum, Kevin was responsible for all the Museum's design communication pieces for its re-launch after its $13.26 million refurbishment.
Kevin is passionate about combining art and design and producing work that resonates in a profound way with his audiences. When he’s not designing, he creates art and curates exhibitions, with his work showing in Paris, Barcelona, Berlin and Brussels. In Kevin's spare time, he enjoys playing basketball, cycling, snowboarding and reading science fiction. Kevin has a black belt in Tae Kwon Do.
