Haline Ly is Symple's face and lover of all human quirks. Born in Suresnes, France, she began her career in photography and design with a love for people, fashion and whimsical art.
With a background in interactive media and graphic design, Haline worked as a studio photographer before moving on to designing for a Sydney-based commercial stills production agency. She has worked alongside and in conjunction with advertising, corporate and community clients including Tourism Victoria, Akira Isogawa, DDB, Young and Rubicam, The Powerhouse Youth Theatre, Australian Theatre for Young People, Cultural Perspectives, Sydney Water, STARTTS, Save the Children Foundation, Optus, Dentsu Japan, TBWA, Ninemsn, Grey Worldwide and Nissan Japan.
After eight years of working in design, Haline Ly has moved into accounts and project management, working closely with all Symple Creative clients to ensure that our projects resonate with audiences. She believes that every little bit counts, and that the extra mile is worth walking if it leads to a better outcome.
Her passions include ballet, ocean swimming, indie music, rock bands, books and candlelit dinners with friends.
